Do I need to be home to receive my order?
No, you do not need to be home. Our drivers will leave your box in a safe place at your doorstep. You will receive a text notification once the delivery is completed.
Are your meals fresh or frozen?
We flash-freeze our meals immediately after cooking to lock in nutrition and flavor without the need for artificial preservatives, ensuring a 'just-cooked' taste when you reheat them.
Can I skip a week or cancel my subscription?
Absolutely. We offer total flexibility. You can skip a delivery, pause your account, or cancel your subscription at any time through your customer dashboard before the weekly cutoff.
How do I reheat the meals?
Each meal comes with specific heating instructions on the label. Most can be prepared in a microwave in minutes or finished in the oven for a crispier texture.
What should I do if there is an issue with my order?
